Drinking fountain in the children's playground adjoining the public swimming baths, Page Street, Stratford.
Designed by John Duffill & Graeme Laurenson of Hawera, the fountain was funded by a donation of £300 from Stratford furniture-maker, E D Evans.
The fountain's pedestal was constructed of reinforced concrete and the base - with steps for small children - was surfaced with ceramic tiles.
