This villa was constructed in 1907 for Alexander Milne; the architect was Boon Bros, and the estimated cost was £860.
Milne purchased Town Section 689 in August 1906, with the TDN reporting that he intended to construct a church on the site - this plan doesn't seem to have ever eventuated.
Town Section 689 was subdivided in 1984.
