A permit was granted to Mr George Wright on 16 November 1921 for the construction of a residence and garage on Town Section 1049 Liardet Street, 'Sidcock' was listed as the builder and the estimated construction cost was £1000.
A copy of the original sketch plans are held by NPDC - these are not signed but are presumably the work of the builder Mr Sidcock.
