1/30 Bulteel Street. Hamish Crimp (2017).
This cottage located on part Town Section 767, is clad entirely in plain horizontal weatherboard, and retains some original sash windows. The exact date of construction is unclear, although it was sometime between late-1896 and early-1900.
Town Section 767 (along with several neighbouring properties), were owned by Mrs Mary Webster (wife of William Dawson Webster), from November 1887. NPBC rating books reveal these sections were vacant until at least the start of the 1896-97 rating year, the 1897-1900 rating books are missing from NPDC archives, but from the 1900-01 rating year, a house is noted as being present on the sections.
