A permit for the construction of a house on Lot 3 of Town Section 1368, Molesworth Street, was granted to B. A. Fama by the Borough Council on 5 September 1928 - Fama was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £550.
The house was removed from the site or demolished sometime after July 2020.
