A permit was granted by the Borough Council to Eberly and Morgan on 11 July 1925 for the construction of a house on Part Town Section 770, Bulteel Street – S. R. Smith was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £1100.
A copy of the original plans are held by NPDC, although it's unclear who the architect was.
