A permit was granted by the Borough Council to Peterson, McIsaac and McCracken on 11 March 1930 for the construction of a house on Lot 2 of Town Section 291, Powderham Street - Peterson, McIsaac and McCracken were the builders, and the estimated construction cost was £700.
One of a row of four similar bungalows constructed by local builders Peterson, McCracken & McIsaac in 1929-30.
