Two separate permits were issued to J. McCracken in April and June 1920, for residences on Town Section 81 - whilst it is unclear which permit relates to 214 St Aubyn Street, McCracken was listed as the architect/contractor for both homes, and both permits listed an estimated construction cost of £750.
The home at 216 St Aubyn Street has since been demolished.
