The permit that probably relates to the construction of 232 Coronation Avenue was granted by the Borough Council to C. N. Moore on 10 February 1926 for the construction of a residence on Section 9 (Highlands), Avenue Road - C. H. Moore was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £800.
