Two separate permits for homes on Town Section 131, Morley Street, were deposited with the Borough Council in 1921 - these permits were for the homes currently at 23 and 25 Morley Street - however it is unclear which permit relates to what home.
Permit One: September 1921, residence for 'Garnham' on Section 131, Garnham was also listed as the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £75
Permit Two: October 1921, residence for 'O. Clark' on Section 131, 'Williamson' was listed as the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £700.
