251 St Aubyn Street (c1895 - 2023)

This villa is in largely original condition - being clad in rusticated weatherboard, and retaining its original sash windows. (2017)

The villa is present in the background of a photograph taken in August 1896, and was probably constructed by C. Rielly in 1895. Rielly purchased Town Section 100 in June 1895 from Frederick Alonzo Carrington. 

As a pair, 245 and 251 St Aubyn Street have high streetscape value, however given their current state of repair and large sections, the future of these villas is probably under threat from development.

This villa was demolished or moved of the site in 2023.
