Two permits were granted for the construction of homes on Section 16, Glen Almond Street, in 1923 - these permits were likely for the homes currently at 26 and 28 Glen Almond Street; although it is unclear which permit relates to what home.

Permit One: Granted February 1923 to Parker and McIsaac, with the builder listed as Payne Ltd?, and an estimated construction cost of £750.

Permit Two: Granted March 1923 to Parker and McIsaac, with the builder listed as C. E. Roebuck, and an estimated construction cost of £700.
