A permit was granted by the Borough Council to H. Peterson on 20 August 1930 for the construction of a house on Lot 5 of 53, DP4684, Avenue Road (now Coronation Avenue) – Peterson was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £300.
The home has been extended and re-clad.
