This house was located on the south-side of Young Street in the short block between Dawson Street and Water Lane. It has been demolished, and the site now forms part of the ITM timber yard.
Located on Town Section 170, which was subdivided in 1900. The western part was again subdivided in 1904, forming 27 and 29 Young Street.
This cottage was bought by Whyman Inch in 1925, and he was still living there at the time of his death in 1955. (Taranaki Daily News 11 July 1955 p.1).
