This cottage was located on the corner of Young Street and Water Lane. It has since been demolished and the local branch of ITM Building Supplies now occupies the site.  

Located on Town Section 170, which was subdivided in 1900. The western part was again subdivided in 1904, forming 27 and 29 Young Street. 

In 1924, ownership of this property changed from Robinson to Tomlinson and a property title was issued under the Land Transfer Act.
