A permit was granted by the Borough Council to R. A. Large on 14 January 1921 for the construction of three houses on Subs 4, 5 & 6 of A, Devon Street West - Large was listed as the builder, and the estimated construction cost for all three homes was £2400.
The other two homes were located at 328 and 330 Devon Street West - these have since been demolished or removed from the section and replaced with three townhouses.
