Plans for a residence on Section 123 Cutfield Road were deposited with the Borough Council in August 1921 - the owner was listed as M. Mynott, and the estimated construction cost was £950 - Mynott was probably the builder.
The sale of the southern portion of Town Section 123, from Hasell to Mynott, was completed in October 1921.
