A permit was granted by the Borough Council to L. Langridge on 31 July 1919 for the construction of two residences on Town Section 1033, Pendarves Street - Langridge was the builder, and the estimated construction cost for both homes was £1400.
The other home was located at neighbouring 36 Pendarves Street - this has since been demolished or removed from the section and replaced with two townhouses.
