This bungalow was constructed for Mr C Webster in 1922 - the architects were well known local firm Messenger Griffiths and Taylor.
A permit was granted by the Borough Council to C. Webster on 26 April 1922 for the construction of a house on Pt 54, Fulford Street – Smith and Bleasdale were the builders, and the estimated construction cost was £1530.
The home is clad in plain weatherboards and has been extended at the front.
