49 Gaine Street (1921)

A permit was granted by the Borough Council on 18 February 1921 for the construction of a residence on Section 198, Gaine Street - the client was James S. Wall, the contractor for was J. Trevorrow, and the building had an estimated construction cost of £1100.  – it seems that the section number is a mistake and probably relates to 49 Gaine Street – Wall purchased Part Section P in June 1921 and is listed as living in this location in Street Directories.
