A permit was granted by the Borough Council to E. Webber on 15 December 1937 for the construction of a house on Part town Section 978, Gover Street – P. Jury was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £725.
Another permit was issued at the same time for the demolition of an existing dwelling on the section.
