A permit was granted by the Borough Council to A. Wisneski on 27 May 1926 for the construction of house on Part Town Sections 773 & 774, Bulteel Street - B. Wheeler was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £700.
The original bungalow has been extensively renovated.
