A permit was granted by the Borough Council to builder Henry Peterson on 15 November 1926 for the construction of house on Section 62, Parris Street - Peterson was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £400.
Peterson had earlier purchased the section from the Crown for £72 after they decided it was no longer required for state housing purposes.
