A permit was granted to H. J. Gilbert for a cottage on Town Section 130 (Morley & Young Streets) in November 1909, the architect/builder was listed as J. Loveridge, and the estimated construction cost was £55. Neighbouring 88 Young Street was constructed at the same time.
This house has since been demolished.
