A permit was granted by the Borough Council to C. Duck on 18 May 1931 for the construction of a house on Town Section 1951, Corner Hobson and Buller Streets - B. Frewin was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £600.
The house was demolished or moved off the site sometime after 2019.
