Coad's Building, 41 Devon Street East (1929)

This building was constructed for Coad in the late 1930s.

Coad's name was originally on the facade in raised lettering, but has since been removed - although remnants can still be seen if looking at it from a certain angle.  

Inside, many of the original plaster sheet ceilings remain.
