Nelson Residence, 5 Fillis Street (1935)

A permit was granted to S. Nelson on 13 November 1935 for the construction of a residence on Town Section 1089 Fillis Street - the builder was R. Hoyle, and the estimated construction cost was £900. A second permit was granted on 6 December 1935, for plumbing work undertaken by H. Cole. 

This home is part of a row of four 1920s-30s homes near the entrance to Pukekura Park.
