This two-storey retail and office development was built in 1992. It is located on the north-west corner of Devon Street East and Gover Street.
It was reported in the Taranaki Herald in 1972 that the old building on this site (containing two shops and Tasman Motors) were likely to be demolished to make way for a shopping complex. It was demolished the following year and it's not known if something replaced it immediately or if there was a long delay in the re-development of the prominent corner site.
At the time of the newspaper article the two retail shops in the old building were the used clothing shop, "The Good-Buy Shop" and the "State Milk Bar".
