A permit was granted by the Borough Council to Cook and Mason on 5 November 1925 for the construction of a house on Lot 16, Clemow Road – Cook and Mason were the builders, and the estimated construction cost was £800.
The house was removed from the section sometime after 2013, and has been replaced with three townhouses.
