26 Woolcombe Terrace (1924 - removed or demolished after 2019)

Permits for the construction of two houses on Town Section 1282 were granted by the Borough Council to P. Jury in July and September 1924. The September permit is thought to relate to the present home at 26 Woolcombe Terrace, as DP 4522, surveyed in September 1924 for owner Percy Jury, already shows a home on the other half of Town Section 1282 (present street number 28 Woolcombe Terrace, and since demolished/removed from site).

The September 1924 permit lists Jury as the builder, and an estimated construction cost of £750. 

This house was removed or demolished sometime after November 2019.
