This home was designed for Mr L. M. Moss, by well-known local architecture firm Messenger, Griffiths and Taylor in 1928.
A permit was granted to L. M. Moss on 24 May 1928 by the Borough Council for the construction of a house on Section Sub 3 of Town Belt C (should Town Belt W) - R. Lovell was the contractor, and the estimated construction cost was £1873.
