27 Bonithon Avenue (1930)

A permit was granted by the Borough Council to Mrs C. Baldwin on 23 June 1930 for the construction of a house on Lot 27, Sec 4, Bonithon Subdivision, Bonithon Avenue – Frank Hartnell was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £600. Wises Street Directories list Charles Baldwin as living at this address.
