Two separate permits were granted by the Borough Council in May 1925 for the construction of two homes on Town Section 742 - the permits relate to 32 & 34 Fulford Street.
It seems likely that the first permit granted to Mrs Jessie Jones on 5 May 1925 relates to this house. H. Peterson was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £850.
