A permit was granted by the Borough Council to E. Mynott on 15 April 1915 for the construction of residence on Part 5 Town Belt B, Devon Street - the estimated construction cost was £566.
Although the home is actually located on Part Section 3, rather than 5 (see Deeds Plan 44), this permit is still thought to refer to 337 Devon Street West, and the section number likely a mistake in the permit register. Laura Elizabeth Mynott is listed as the owner of the property on DP6861, surveyed in late 1950.
