Two separate permits were granted by the Borough Council in May 1925 for the construction of two homes on Town Section 742 - the permits relate to 32 & 34 Fulford Street.
It appears more likely that the second permit granted to J. McCracken on 19 May 1925 relates to this house. McCracken was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £800.
