In November 1919, plans for three cottages on Town Sections 137 and 138 were deposited with the Borough Council - the homes were built for T. H. Weston by Coleman & Son, and the total cost was £2250.
As of August 2017, only 60 Young Street survives, with 62 Young Street (on the right) demolished in 2016, and 64 Young Street some years earlier - both homes were removed as a result of the expansion to Southern Cross Hospital.
