65 Pendarves Street (1934)

Two permits were granted for the construction of two homes on Town Section 1618 in 1934. Whilst these relate to 63 and 65 Pendarves Street, it is unclear which permit relates to what home.

A permit was granted by the Borough Council to H. H. Moller on 22 February 1934 for the construction of a house on Town Section 1618, Pendarves Street – R. Hoyle was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £570.

A permit was granted by the Borough Council to H. H. Moller on 13 October 1934 for the construction of a house on Town Section 1618, Pendarves Street – R. Hoyle was the builder, H. Cole the plumber, and the estimated construction cost was £785.
