Permits for two homes on Town Section 1625, Pendarves Street, were granted by the Borough Council in March 1921 (current 91 and 93 Pendarves Street) - the architect/contractor for both homes was Coleman, and the estimated construction cost for each home was £800. The clients were Herman and Bridger - it is likely that this was the residence erected for Herman.

The original home has been extended.
