This weatherboard bungalow was constructed in 1913 for Mr C. Denny-Brown, with the architect being Frank Messenger.
Whilst the front of the home has been renovated, overall, it still retains a high degree of integrity and is significant as one of the earliest bungalows constructed in New Plymouth.
