This cottage was located opposite the former Taranaki Club (St Aubyn Street and Queen Street corner), on the far side of the carpark, facing north toward the Cenotaph. It was also located directly behind the Clarendon Apartments on St Aubyn Street, on Town Section 603.

Access was probably via the driveway next to the Young Street Cottage

It has since been demolished or moved off the site. Please note the street number may not be accurate).
