Taranaki Mineral Baths
A permit was granted by the Borough Council to H. Reedman on 30 November 1937 for the construction of a house on Sec 22, DP5000, Bonithon Avenue – C. R. Cook was the builder, and the estimated construction cost was £535.
It is unclear what sections of the building are original, and what has been added later.
