183 Powderham Street (1929)

A permit was granted by the Borough Council to Peterson, McCracken and McIsaac on 26 October 1929 for the construction of a house on Lot 3 of Town Section 292, Powderham Street – Peterson and McIsaac were the builders, and the estimated construction cost was £650.

One of a row of four similar bungalows constructed by local builders Peterson, McCracken & McIsaac in 1929-30.
