In December 1914, plans for a residence for W. H. Huggett on Town Section 1096 were deposited with the Borough Council - estimated cost £550.
However, the purchase of section 1096 by Huggett doesn't seem to have been completed until March 1915 - so it is unlikely construction was started until after this date.
